Our quirky self-catering accommodation is a wonderful way for you and your family and friends to get away from it all and spend time next to, or floating on, the River Waveney.

We have a range of accommodation to suit all budgets, you can stay on a houseboat or spend some time in one of our luxury Glamping pods - ‘Secret Water’ and ‘Secret Garden’.

Our self catering accommodation all include a row boat, and the opportunity for you to try out a basic lug sail. To have a real experience of all the area has to offer you can add your own “Sparrows and Amazons” package to your stay, (click here for further info).

All of our stays require an initial deposit to secure your visit. As we are in times of Tiers and lockdowns, we have amended final payments to be due 14 days before you arrive. If for any reason linked to Government regulations, your visit is unable to take place, we will work with you to find new dates that suit.

Whichever quirky houseboat you love, they all come with private fishing on the Broads (in season) and are a short walk into Beccles where you will find a great range of eateries, retail and places to relax, and sip your tipple of choice.

A short journey by bus, car or bike, takes you to some beautiful beaches, family attractions, vineyards and breweries. A stay in the Waveney Valley has something for everyone, and we are happy to help you find the right experience for you.
